mivec engine from cb4a - plug & play to satria / wira - when u face yr engine bay, the timing belt on the right

mivec engine from ck4a - plug & play for waja (transverse engine) - when u face your engine bay, timing belt on the left

LSD - mivec standard factory LSD is 1.5 way .. i think its good enuf for normal driving.. ;)

just my opinion.. sifus pls correct me if im wrong.. :D

my car aah? heheeh... i just found out oni that all this while it's a diesel gearbox lah. the rest ok la except i do experience some 'pinging' or 'knocking' ... grrrr... retarded the timing a bit, but still knocking. retarded a bit more, no power. feel like driving a normal 16 engine oni. u got lobang for Mivec gearbox or not?

how's your car? finished rebuilding already ka? wat block now? pajero IO i heard.. whalllaooo.... batu kawan , here toyol comes!

brother, thanks u so much for ur information. what about ur car ? got LSD ? how ur do mordify for ur car woh ! when u guys got TT again, the next TT i can join, but if u guys can,just make it after this week.
hope can see ur guys car (all the good monster car) sure running very fast one !!!!

itc stand for ignition timing control. Is to tune ur distributor, it will effect ur performance if the tuning has not set correctly.

if your mivec still untouched.. many upgrades u can do.. hmm.. i guess u opting for a more expensive upgrades getting LSD.. :D throttle body can oversize.. can PnP your engine.. play some piggybanks.. get mievc extractor.. wah.. so many to start with..

ITC will perform more efficiently with AFC right?.. u using Apexi button brand?.. how much to get it ah?..

sigh, me too ...i have no much money to modify my mivec.. i just only enough money to change my gb to LSD and add the fuel regulator and asked my friend to find the preformance chip to me form japan ! thats all ..

looks like bro ken oso suffering from engine knocking. Mine is oso knocking heavily. Even at 1st gear when i release the clutch too much oso can get knocking. Is it common for rojak hybrid Mivec to get this knocking thingy?

I've tried to retard the timing a bit but the problem still persists. I suspect this is due to the Mivec ECU is mapped to 1.6 displacement. 1.8 block has bigger stroke / longer piston travelling distance. Dont know how this could contribute to knocking but I really think it has something to do with it.

DDgrey dude, r u using Mivec ECU or combination of ur stock ECU + Mivec controller? Do u experience any knocking / pinging?

i have done mine my ignition timing now is 13 not so heavy anymore ... thank god.

may i know mivec ori GB code is what? and also diesell code is what...

because i found out that when i cruse at 110, my RPM is around 3k man..
 
jzhost, looks like we are in the same boat man hehe.. mine oso cruising at 3,000 rpm in 5th gear at 110km/h.

and confirmed my gearbox is from Libero diesel coded F5M22-1-FRMG

mivec gearbox not sure but it should be under F5M22 family oso.. why not u post your gearbox code here and I'll check with the documents vestax gave me the other day. It's 6 Mb in size, cannot fit in here.
 
where to get the code friend? what i found the sticker but im not to sure izzit the code or what, its bqv8831-xrxe
