i need to send my car to workshop again piston ring koyak i guess very low compression.... Maybe getting 1.8 depends on the the price .... SIE LOR
bro zenegar.. is it low compression in mivec might due to piston ring koyak?.. if we keep using it for quite a while?.. will the block oso scratch?.. then later when we do top overhaul we have to rebo block ?..

just need sifu's opinion here..

should okie just cant idling only. hmm blcok scratch hmm not so sure maybe Ah lun can answer here

OKOK .... Man .. if really piston koyak ... it wont scratch the piston liner ... it will slowly loss compression ... and when u rev ur car .. smoky will coming a bit lar...

my monster car is back on road now ... just a bit rojak colour in the front part ....
but unfortunately my air cond compressor bearing spoil .. now very noisy ....

hei Ken..
Deepavali got any planning ar ???? Organize TT ....

so yr monster back on the road lar mr ah loon... thats great... front part then colourful ke?.. :D

if piston ring koyak then will it scratch block ah?..

if wrong sequence, will sure know straight away. when u floor the gas pedal, it will misfire. u'll surely will stop your engine right away.

my case now is that it seems both orientation works. 1,2,3,4 or 4,3,2,1 as long as they go to the distributor as 4,1,2,3 .... err... nvmd lah. as long as my car runs smoothly, enuff adi.

from left is 4321 then connect to 4123 confirm is correct. If not correct u cant even drive cant idling.

Shit my car confirm compression drop 4=220 3=180 2=100 1=185
shit need to change piston ring hopefully piston still okie if not 1.8 block cos Rm3.5k ohhhhh

how come compression varies so much in every cylinder..??..i tot they should b aroun in the same region.....btw, pretty high compression over there bro... =)

that is the strage thing i was talking about.

from left 4321 to 4123 working .
from left 1234 to 4123 ALSO working. idling OK , can rev even Mivec is opening no problem.

i just dont know wat effect it would have on the engine. i've revved a bit here n there with the wrong setting :( .... touch wood...

by the way, how do you guys measure your cylinder compression ?

thanks.

U can test ur cylinder compression by compression gauge tester .,... normally all kind of workshop will have this thing ...... if u really loss some compression ... u cant idle ur car ...

guys, how much if i want to change my driveshaft ? my car is wira with lsd gearbox.

I heard lsd driveshaft very hard to get and expensive, true or not ? my driveshaft like wanna kong la :(

if diffiicult to start car.. is it also due to loss compression?.. what could be the caused apart from piston ring koyak?..

if difficult to start. It could be too rich fuel, change ur starter or add relay.

u start ur car early in the morning izzit?

not exactly in the morning.. but at anytime i want to start a car... either when engine's hot or cold.. in average.. the third time only ok.. but i dont crank the engine long... just 2-3 seconds each..

with this consequent .... that was 2 possible .... compression too high .....or loss compression ... ... Gibod.... send ur car to ur foreman to check compression ...
