i think he have alot of type of chip so he can choose which one with more fuel if ur engine needs more fuel. So far i never seen any mitsu ecu can be reprogramme.

Erm...my ECu code is 7038X somehting like dat....starts with 7....

What I was quite surprised was, my current setup is sufficient to do well even without SAFC, have been testing with my gtis, even mivec hybrids, so far so gud :)

guys how to check the ecu code ? and where is the ecu ? hehe im newbie sorry yea

You can find the code at your ECU box......should have some serial numbers, those r the ones.

i dont think it's the speed cut coz the 'suffocation' happens at high RPMs especially when i'm climbing up to 160km/h. after that it's 'quite' OK meaning when I reach 180km/h i feel no 'cut' etc. it's just that i dont know what spped I'm travelling at due to the dial display (180km/h max).

DDGreyStar dude. jealous lah with you. hmmm.. i guess i have to try and swap with your ECU lah and see if things go well :) mine is 291x . not sure the last figure. some said it's the 2nd gen Mivec (pulley on the left). anybody can lend me ur ECU for a while? hehehe...

wah 235km/h very fast already!... i think my car go until 5th gear 8k RPM also cannot reach that kinda speed

Miss my car alot i have only run in 100kmh still got long way to go man...

About ur 1.8 did u change ur injector when u fit in ur block? What block did u change to? gsr or twin cam block? or do full engine balancing or not?

No engine full balancing ...just some normal screening check for hairline cracks things like dat..but got details test on compression, cyclinder test, anyways....I dun have any HIGH CAM in it yet just standard 272 original MIVEC cams....block is still a NA block...4G93 block, NO changes for injectors, becoz I have upgraded to a racing fuel pmp n with fuel regulator, injectors ave to be kept to original as it has been tested, anything bigger will cause flooding.

sure can TT, just let me know earlier b4 hand lor, anyways, wats your ride? hows your setup ? me very interested in constant knowledge n info xchanging, since mine is a 1.8 hybrid, nothing is standard, or rather some ppl can call it as rojak, therefore just need more info to check out wats the best combination as well.

Anyways, I do not have any SAFC or piggyback or full comp tuned with it, just running on original ECU ..dats all :)
