Dcommander Performance Chip For Commonrail Engine

I saw U advertised can be used in Nissan Frontier?
But Nissan Frontier is not a commonrail diesel....pls confirm this.
The newer Nissan Navara is a commonrail, but not the older Frontier.

at first when i do my dyno tuning my car got an impressive 299hp without excessive knocking but to my horror my problem started after i replace a muffler, new bov, new blizt s.s air filter and re-arrange...
