Dcommander Performance Chip For Commonrail Engine

I saw U advertised can be used in Nissan Frontier?
But Nissan Frontier is not a commonrail diesel....pls confirm this.
The newer Nissan Navara is a commonrail, but not the older Frontier.

HELP! Engine Problem!!!
The engine warning, TCS and SLIP lights all came out suddenly, and it also slow down the engine for you not to accelerate, jz good enough for driving home... Anyone can help???
