i don't think it is worth salvaging; the engine block seems to have been damaged pretty badly (you can see one massive crack in my pics). doesn't seem like it is worth much now.
as for the driver/passengers; no idea what happened to them. i didn't see any bloodstains, so i think the driver was ok (and there was likely no passengers). the rear is messed up. real messed up. i can't even imagine what happened....
I think that car was 1986 WSC/WEC/JSPC Group C toyota 86C....I have see the car in close & I think it was in standard factory form & was meant to compete in Gr.C or JSPC but not Camel GTP since the IMSA version got even bigger wing & more aero vent/wing all around.
(Camel GTP IMSA racing toyota use American Racing Eagle MK-III & secure the championship winning during earlier 90's )
Dunno if it still has the 3.2 V8 turbo engine..might just a showcar since it was factory toyota racing team livery with association with TRD & TOM'S.
