about the cams, if possible, dont go for re-grind cams. not worth the money. go for billeted hi-cams.

Jun's cams is around RM4.5k without springs :)

my car?? superb!! how is your perdana?just gather info on modification and perfomance. next week i will start at new office at sri damansara. will call u when got free time for teh tarik. need to solve a few thing such as air sucking and ventilation problem.

hmmm i have just dyno my mivec this morning.
Not happy with the result.

Max powerband at 6900rpm produce 152.93 hp
Max torque 16.30 at 6600rpm

Fuel very lean at low rpm too rich at high Rpm make me headic now
Campulley not set proberly lost power at high end.

wow your powerband is too short lar.....

mine max power band is around 7800rpm...hehehe

go n get a gud fuel pump.....racing fuel pump if possible...to make sure at all times its having enuff fueling man

not really fuel problem is my cam pulley problem my fuel have more then enof during 6-8k rpm. But low end very low fuel AFR about 14

what is the size for mivec 1.6 front disc brake (in mm)? if compared with proton disc, from what car is the same? and lastly, is the rear disc for 1.8 Gti same as proton 1.6 and putra or 1.8 LE? many thanks...

now sure about size. I think all 1.6 and 1.8 disc are the same size. Look at the sport rim then u will know. Most of the 14inch tyre is nicely fit into 1.6 or 1.8 front and back disc. Unless is twin port then is much bigger disc. Like Evo1,2,3 or vr4
