ok bro.. with my little knowledge..

1) on half-cut.. look for normal mivec is enuf.. u may come accross mivec-MD version in yr search...

2) LSD?.. like tai kor zenegar said.. go for it man!!.. if u found it.. its a rare breed.. most shops take out and sell it seperately.. its great for handling cornering and power distribution to both tyres.. sound doesnt matter.. :lol: .. btw.. i heard ppl said u have to get used to it first...

3) b4 wshop.. its $$$ u have to prepare.. :lol: get tecnical advice from JPJ first b4 anything.. just re-confirm the increased displacement to mivec engine..

4) some recommend spark plug using NGK Iriway and some Denso Irridium.. but both are good ones actualy.. ask yr mech.. :)

5) brake pads u can use normal ones like Mintyre.. (wrong spelling) or upgraded ones like Bendix metal King or expensive ones like Endless/Project U .. its yr choice.. :) try moderate one first.. u must get used to the mivec disc and callipers braking system first.. its harder than standard.. see everything works fine.. then change to expensve ones.. :D

6) other parts will be change by yr mech.. dont worry.. but get original mitsubishi parts.. try to avoid immitations goods.. tell your mech that.. :)

7) ejos.. like bro zenegar said .. use back mivec's size piping.. but one thing here.. doing straight flow under the tank is JPJ illegal.. i suggest u do s-flow type using normal route.. coz u r going to JPJ for inspecton right.. ;)

Currently using EBC Green stuff. Not really satisfied with da stopping power hehe. I've got something with da Gsss while braking more than accelerating. wierd huh. Got a friend who tested a few brake pad...he got them for free. Endless & project mju are da best even the low end models. Da high end ones which costs RM700 plus per pair will break ur disc hehe. Did ask at N1 racing, project mju costs RM350 per pair for mivecs but I guess there are cheaper ones out there.
 
ya... the ezxos have to go for inspection... then i dun wanted to do twice....

so for normal driving semi racing clutch is it too stiff?

just to confirm that... is the LSD gb will got sound? like klag klag klag when turn slow.... got way to solve it? coz if got the sound then ma not comfort to drive lo.....

oh ya, suspension system... i know i have to upgrade in order to pass JPJ.... any suggestion?

coz now i'm using apm lower spring with kayaba shocks, so i think if i just iuse back mivec frm abs will look like the front very high then the back like lowered....

so would wanted to change the whole set... any recommended? i'm trying to done everything in this month....

Hey Bro DD hmm looks like this forum getting more and more active member here. TT cool plan on march ?

About brake pad and disc ? Why so susah get a vr4 twin port caliper+ disc + installation rm600 only. Very lasting mine used for 2 years still haven change my PAD yet somemore got it from 1/2 cut condition !! The disc just fit to my rim 15inch. damn nice

i think bro zenegar is right.. if u want better braking power.. invest on 2 pots calliper and better disc.. like Evo or Vr4 ..

rather than buying expensives pads.. ;)

bro.. mivec braking not enuf for u ah?.. sure power man yr machine.. :D

Yeah..didn't think of that. better start my search for twin pot caliper. thanks guys 4 da help

Twin port really nice if u using 15inch is lke fit fit to ur rim. Go spray ur caliper looks more cool

Evo is 114.3 if i m not mistaken is definately different from us. If u buy those evo 1,2,3 or vr4 must modified the disc. I have 2 set evo1 Rm600 plus installation and modified. interested call me condition is that u must have a 15inch or bigger rim in order to fit in
 
yup.. those PCD 114 must be modified.. but no worries.. alot of ppl have done it..

if you dont want to do any modifications.. another option.. try the mitsu GSR's disc.. its said to be slightly thicker and gives u a bit better performance then mivecs standard.. coz its for turbo's mah.. need more stopping power.. heheh.. PCD 100 just nice..

and also.. u can use steel braided brake hose line.. normal brake hose expands in high tempreture.. steel braided ones preserve and maintained the braking power in high tempretures..
 
changing from PCD 100 to 114 is not a problem.....but sport rims cannot fit susah la...sigh... :(
