tattoo are (because of social stigma) taboo. probably in africa, tattoos are normal & may reflect bravado or something like that. We have a typecast image of sailors/gangsters with tattoos (thanks to hollywood/cartoons network).


i dont have one. & do not considering one. I do have friends who have tattoos (guys & gals) on them.

guys tattoo = normally on arm, if elsewhere i dont wanna know.
normally very macho, masculine type images


gals tattoos = near ankle, breast, tummy, err somewhere private.
images are usually rose(s), dolphins, chain, names, heart(s), angel, etc

but perception of gals with tattoo is that bad as most of them I know are done tastefully.

i suggest rempit tatoo their body parts with serial number, just in case they got involve in some terrible accident its easy to identify them. very good alternative to those army dog tags i guess, since you can't lost them. but if kena burn then other story lar..
