Protein is very very important for anyone here, no matter they work out or did not work out especially KIDS they hunger for protein. I does not wan to explain too much about scientific about protein just 2 words, protein is for muscle recovery or another words to say recover dead cell. Your body is dying for protein after every workout or any exercise. For example if u plant a Mango tree only feed it with water without add extra (chemical) imagine the mango how it taste and look at the size of the mango. It same go with a Human body, if u keep workout without taking nutrition food your body wont go any where.

Hydroxycut is good for Fat burning, but very important when u take hydroxycut make sure discipline with your diet then u can see maximum result within 2months time. But remember if u over cut u will look horrible, ur skin too dry bcos not enof nutrition is bad for a person lost too much weight with in a short period of time and alot cellulite. I would suggest dun lose too much weight in short period do more WT to build up more muscle, everyone need muscle. When u have more lean muscle then u cut u will look awesome.
Most women very concern about their cellulite, 1 tips for do more weight trainning only WT can get rid of your stubburn cellulite.

hey there zeneger,

have a couple of q's to consult you about... i'm around 168cm (short for a guy :P)i'm tend to lean more towards the heavier side although i've succesfully reduced my weight from 78kg to 66 now through diet and exercise.. took me 3 bloody long years... but erm.. generally, i still feel fleshy and fatty... and i cant seem to make my face look slimmer... what exercises(sets and reps) would you recommed to firm up the whole bod?

Looking at your heights I would suggest that your BMI 66-70 BMI stand for body mass index it take 168cm-100cm=68kg.
The most important is your body fat%
Most people workout the aim for a fit body or good body shape, as you always hear people said I dun wan to have big muscle you can always hear from male or female.

Body Fat %
Male= anything more then 30% consider very fat
20-29% OK
10-19 Fit
anything less then 10= Athletic or body builder for competition

Exercise recommend ? Hmm Body pump and RPM would be good general fitness.
Weight Trainning= 1 day 2 body part

This is an example of my plan
day 1= Chest + tricep
day 2= Back + Calf
Day 3= Shoulder + Squat
Day 4= Lower back + Hamstring
Day 5= Cardio +( tricep,bicep,forearm)
Day 6= Bonus (whenever body part i feel not statisfied)

4 excercise of each body part only 2 set per excercise
1st set heavy=10-12 reps
2nd set super heavy=6-8reps

For you i suggest that go for higher set and reps. For example your chest 4 excercise 4 set = total 16 set
each set around 8-10 reps.
for Example set 1= 10kg, set 2=15kg, set 3=20kg, set 4 =25kg

There is alot fitness magazine about different excercise. Go search for a best workout plan for yourself.
I change my workout plan every 6 months depands on what i wan !!

My Conclution muscle need alot time and nutrition to develop dont aspect that a person never workout before for the rest of the life and aspect a great body shape within 1 or 2 year.
Minimum 3 years time. So Dun give up

man.. i should be paying you for all these stuff  anyways.. your advise is most appreciated.. thanks a million... i'm an RPM regular, and i might do body pump in future.. i think i'll take WT more seriously now instead of just doing cardio.. thanks for the tips off..

regarding the supplements.. what would you recommed? erm.. things like nitrotech?? creatine??

Regarding about supplements there is alot in market

1) PROTEIN Intake= take your weight in KG convert to LBS multiply by 2.14-100=X. the X is your daily protein that you need in GRAM
for example my weight is 75kg X 2.142= 161 LBS - 100=61g protein need a day.
61g= can be protein supplement, white egg, chicken breast, soya bean, fresh milk and Ect. Best time to take protein after workout and before sleep.
2) Creatine Monohydrate= Is a fuel something like V-power (shell) extra energy level during high-intensity workout. It store in your vein and u will slowly see that your vein is getting bigger and bigger i love it but some people said very ugly.
There is a few type of CM in market= Liquid type, powder and capsule. I have tried all these 3 but i found powder is cheaper to take if take daily basis. But absorbtion for body go by Liquid, capsule then powder.
3) Glutamine= It give you faster recovery especially for heavy WT and high intensity.

All these supplement take after workout. But for protein even without workout u still need 365 days. All 3+1 i think u can get from nitro tech if not mistaken but vey expensive nitro tech stuff. For me i will buy seperate i m taking Myoplex deluxe Rm10 per pack very nice and tasty more then enof protein if u blend with low fat milk. Strawberry nice !!

Hope i can help you with all this info

Good write up on the different supplement, zeneger. Might come down to meet you one of these days in Leisure Mall.

hid3,
Just to add, not all supplement are used after workout ie. some liquid Creatine are to be taken before workout. Usually 10-15 minutes before workout.

So, please read the supplement really carefully and if in doubt always ask.

If you are not in a hurry, do it naturally. You will need more patience, lots of disicpline and determination because it takes longer to see results if you don't have $$$ to buy good food. But believe me when you achieve what ever kind of body you are looking for, you will be very proud of your achievement. :)

It's all based on what you personally want and how much you can commit in time and money.

A 68 y.o man in a gym i used to go (with 20 inch pytons on both arms at this age) gave me an advice before... supplement should be used to supplement what is lacking from your diet... not to be substituted as your diet...

This old chap can always be seen at the Paul Chan Weider shop behind KL Plaza.... supposed to be very good friend with Dato'. Nice guy.

man thanks for the advises from both of you pros... much appreciated :) very veyr valuable imformation for me :)

lolz... i'm not trying to build pythons... just that i've always been on the heavier side.. when i got back from australia after my studies, i was already weighing 78 -80 kg.. freaking overweight for an 168cm guy  i managed to cut down to 66 kg after 3 freaking hard years.. but still feels like there's lots of fats in me... i've always ignored WT and concentrated more on cardio as i was trying to burn up the spare tyres :P i think my aim now is to firm up the body... get it toned.. some definition would help too.. :)

well thanks to you guys.. now i have a target to look forward to :)

aisay man.... i thought most of you were just overdoing it a little when discussing about the gay issues... that's until i actually saw one last night..... wai lan thou... damn... :P first saw 'him' after he came out of a body combat class.. 'he' was one over weight dude dressed in tights and a spaggetti stripe tank top... i really thought he was a she as he did seem to have woman like boops... until he stepped in to the male changing room... man... a real eye opener.. and his phone had to ring then la... giving me goosebumps and hairstands all over my body when listening to him answer his phone...

sigh.. i've really nothing against gays.. in fact i feel we should feel a little sorry for them.. they are trapped in a body that they do not want naturally... but last night was really an eye opener... :P nuff said...

Yeah peak hour really busy here try to avoid that time from 7-8:30pm. Instead of do cardio why not go for class like RPM or Body combat, body jam ect ect.
