From Klang, want to register 1st of April.

Montly fee increase when there is a new branch.

If you want to register at Subang and want to go to other branch, you need to register for the "Passport" one. It's 20-30 ringgit difference.

yeah... & from home to passport.. u have to pay RM45 for upgration fee....
or even transfer from one branch to another.. u also need to pay RM45...

BUT>> if u wanna down grade ur membership (eg from GOLD to lifestyle).. u need to pay RM90!!!!! wtf!!!

It is better to take Passport actually. Lets say you got friends in xxx branch and you want to go there sauna with him .. at least you can.

Here's another example of why you should go passport.

Say now March you pay for
RM 180 Passport
RM 160 Non Passport

Say 6 months later, you want to upgrade to passport
Current fee is
RM 200 Passport
RM 180 Non passport

That means, when you upgrade, you pay RM 45 for upgrade, and then RM 200 montly

If you had sign up passport, you only pay RM 180 all the way.

DO U GUYZ heard JACKIE CHAN OPEN GYM CENTRE IN MIDVALLEY

Wah Lau Eh. :o

I hope they have everything the on in Subang especially.

My concern is, does all fitness first branches have sauna room? full complete bodybuilder equipment? , if got then ok liao.

The other difference is also, i think the space, extra equipments.

What is the best time to avoid the big crowd ar? After 5.30 will be like pasar malam?

aisay man.... i thought most of you were just overdoing it a little when discussing about the gay issues... that's until i actually saw one last night..... wai lan thou... damn... :P first saw 'him' after he came out of a body combat class.. 'he' was one over weight dude dressed in tights and a spaggetti stripe tank top... i really thought he was a she as he did seem to have woman like boops... until he stepped in to the male changing room... man... a real eye opener.. and his phone had to ring then la... giving me goosebumps and hairstands all over my body when listening to him answer his phone...

sigh.. i've really nothing against gays.. in fact i feel we should feel a little sorry for them.. they are trapped in a body that they do not want naturally... but last night was really an eye opener... :P nuff said...

Cheras here have a lot model and local celebrities also...

hey there zeneger,

have a couple of q's to consult you about... i'm around 168cm (short for a guy :P)i'm tend to lean more towards the heavier side although i've succesfully reduced my weight from 78kg to 66 now through diet and exercise.. took me 3 bloody long years... but erm.. generally, i still feel fleshy and fatty... and i cant seem to make my face look slimmer... what exercises(sets and reps) would you recommed to firm up the whole bod?

the other thing is are protien supplements necessary for firming up?? if you could you recommend me some?? i'm currently on hydroxycut... more for fat burning.. would want something for firming up.. thanks in advance :)
