how to?all go body pump la
anybody tried rpm ar?
coz after the rpm class guys and even girls(my friends) complain pain at the u know what part

Maybe we can have a gathering like TT,

but instead of having TT and other unhealthy calories, the focus is exercise, fitness and health lah.

we can motivate each other, share experience and ask questions, etc...

when you have a group which can clearly see your progress, it's surprising how motivated u become, and how much harder u'll push urself...
 
body pump hard laa.... i like body combat nicer.. havent tried body jam though..

RPM very hard lerrr..

my but keep sliddding back very hard to conrtol.. cos theseat very uncomfortable <_< <_< <_<

anyone of u intrested in rock climbing..i bring u guys go rock climbing 1 or not?
 
lolz.. when i was asking about it.. there werent so many members here at zth.. seems like the number have been adding up.. :lol: i'm a home member at menara axis.. pretty cool place.. usually go for RPM and body pump there.. nowadays havent been there as frequent... dunno why.. less motivated.. :P my advise.. get a friend or partner to go with you.. its good to have a spotter.. someone to encourage you finish up the sets.. :P

rpm class is a class where u cycle 45 min non stop and loose around 800 calories
ok i be straight,my friends balls got swollen after the rpm class.
i usually go around 11-1 or 4-7
anyway abt ppl smelling each other i guess its ok what,just dont c them mah nth lor.bt i cant stand seeing naked guys running around the locker room
 
ok, i'm definitely not going for RPM classes... cos 1 - i don't need to lose any calories, 2 - not a big fan of cycling, 3 - most importantly i love my balls. :lol:

weekdays only after work lor, 6:30pm or so can reach da gym. but weekends more or the less any time la. except for sunday 2-4pm is my badminton time slot, hehehe... :P

so when huh?
 
cycle on da bicycle for 45mins non stop can get your balls swollen wan ah? maybe he never cycle properly kwa? till his thighs keep banging his balls until swollen? :blink:

cycling good la.. shape up your ass.. same goes for jogging.. girl who jogs have nice ass.. :lol:

come la, we all go BodyCombat together... help the "fat" girl lose her CNY weight! :D
