classes ar... tried BodyPump once, tak boleh tahan, underestimated the weights! apparently it's different when you start jumping around with the same set of weights...
maybe BodyCombat next but i dunno la... looks weird watching them go thru the routine. cos i have a TKD background and we were always taught that jumping around like that achieves nothing... haih
BUT the instructor on Thurs nite for BodyCombat was purty hot methinks. looks slightly japanese, tall and very fit/slender. *drool* ahaha, see la how next week.
Yoga and Pilates looks pretty interesting but i think i'll be the only guy in an ocean of girls. sounds nice, but really isn't...
