are we
malaysians or are were
non-malaysian?
we understand that this is a auto forum. but crap have been dished for many years. do we as malaysians let the people in power to continue abuse the system in relation to having more crap in throw to the average
malaysian when in the policies are in guise to ensure those who yield power remain enriched?
Policies on AP has direct influences on our local auto industry. Do we blind ourselves & kid ourselves & only talk of nice cars; when given the situation as hard working individuals deserves more?
There are malaysians (regardless of race, creed) who worked their way up. entrepreneurs and sorts; (bumis too; some of them my clients, some were my ex-bosses). Did day fall into the trap of enriching easily? NO, they had pride, & i respected them for it.
The 'spin doctors' will create the reasons why some needs o be protected in order for the industry to grow. We believe it more hoodwink to the actual truth.
i understand your frustrations too keano, but i debate with constructive arguments & not without basis.
to tell the truth, i believe there is more than meets the eye. In short, our dear minister of trade is bombarded with some unfair criticism when the truth of the matter lies far larger then issues on unfair APs are sending spoils to protons eroding market share.
and yes i don't just dream of owning a car of my dreams. I'm realistic. i drive what i believe i can. To me ferraris & porsches are wishfull thinking.
we have a blissful running of the country but not without hiccups. Criticisms dont make me ungrateful for that. Hiding under a cloak make me a bigger ass-head.
