anybody looking r32 gtr?

I might have a buyer for this car (Temujin, you know who hehe).

Please e-mail pics to [email protected]. Cheers.

Waa.. after 20 odd years of lusting over it, perhaps this is his chance! But I won't be surprised if it ends up in .Loki.'s garage instead..

It's just that for you to say that there is no issue even if the student dies is not entirely true.

By the way, since JaHaX, .Loki. and Sarah_cindyCheong might happen upon this thread; what if the student owner were involved in something that causes authorities to seize all his assets? Letter or no letter, the car would be taken as well right?

Again, I'm not trying to spoil your sale but you brought up the death issue so I thought I'd comment.

That's the thing.. We're talking 95k wor. Quite of a hassle especially if the family gets into the picture..

But talked to JaHaX just now that this shouldn't be a problem though I'm not a lawyer myself too so I'll take it at face value la..

Willing seller, willing buyer. If I have 95k lying around and don't really care for it... y not?

Are you sure JaHaX says it won't be a problem? In the event of death, when there's no will even the family will have to wait just as long and again, the car isn't left to whoever bought it because there is no will.

Anyways, enough about death. Let's talk dead GTRs http://www.zerotohundred.com/newforums/cars-for-sale/360274-nissan-skyline-gf-bnr34-m.html

sory mr pimpin if my word was wrong.

Haha you don't have to apologize to me.

It's just a discussion so we can all add in our unwanted opinions.

It's just that if I were you, I'd stick to details of the car and put up a bunch of pictures; that way you'd sell it faster.

effendi ...

im kinda interested also, email me further specs @ pics to [email protected]

fellas ...

dont get me wrong, what i was tyring to say was that documentation can be prepared to cover this kind of *legal vs equitable* ownership i.e to cover all the loopholes to make both parties comfortable. but in the event of death of the legal owner, it is a different story altogether. what i did last time was adding legal owner's closed family member(s) as the party to the agreement

lets go for yum cha and i will explain the whole stages to all of u and maybe we can discuss the matter to further fortify this kind of arrangement, btw, agreements and not carved out of stone and there shall always be solutions for every problem

cheers fellas

JaHaX could be the person to handle the agreement. Commissions where apply of course

I would like to unofficially appoint Jahax as the unofficial lawyer of the Unofficial Malaysian Skyline Club.

Go Jahax!

i tot get a r32 only needed 60k+ with student ap? btw nice r32 :driver:

If that is the case, there will be a flood of R32 GT-Rs into the country.

Technically though, it is more or less true to bring in an R32 GT-R at around 60-70k landed.. try asking Gobiz as he has done exactly that.

But with people importing cars with student AP, do u honestly think these people would sell it without a profit?

If there are people letting go an R32 GT-R at 60k+, I wouldn't mind buying another one..

Owh, there is an R32 selling in mudah for around 69k+ supposedly with full GT-R drivetrain. Some say it was originally a GTS-4 so it would still retain the 4WD. Maybe a good buy if u can get past the chassis number not bearing a BNR32 on the plate.

Aku nak jual GT-R jugak.. R35 bukan R32.. tapi pasang sendiri Tamiya 1/24 model la.. sape nak?

CAAANNNN!!! IF you are THE STUDENT him/herself. For info, now Msian students in Japan charge at RM15k at least for you to import a car on their behalf. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Yes true BUT I bought the car myself in UK (on ebay), arranged all the shipping and clearance hassles myself and already have an AP.

If you want to order a R32 GTR from abroad, your budget will need to be around 80k-100+k depending on the spec for the car landed and registered in Malaysia. :listen:
