Ok sifu this was an update from yesterday trial run. On first round test, the engine superb. When idle the sound so silent. Full trottle the accelleration ok, everything working fine. Stable boost at 0.6 bar.

But when we stop for fuel refill. Problem started to appear. On a first trial ok. Then had to slow down for a road bump. 2nd try engine suddenly died Steering

Steering went numb and hard and we were taking corner that time. Luckily a near miss to go straight for road kerb.

Stop by roadside. Try to start again. Thankfully it start ok on first crank. But aircond went hot. That the first sign of problem. Try revving, and the turbo gone too. So take slow ride back to the workshop. Again.

0.6 bar is stock boost level. Glad that engine runs smoothly.

Do u mean engine stall when you turn the steering?

Guess the workshop can sort it out for you. Sometimes it's due to loose cables or vacuum pipes. Also, the ecu takes time to learn to idle properly.

Wait for a while to cooldown the engine. We go teh tarik. Then the mechanic call said everything was okay. Aikkk just like that??? So ask him to run a thoroughly diagnose on the problem before we take back the car.

Ask the workshop to remove tulang ikan and set everything to default boost value.

I am going there again maybe tomorrow. Will check what the problem. Ahhh one thing. When arrived back after the car stall we can hear sh shhhs hhhs hhh shhhh sound from the front part of the engine. Engine stall while accellerating.

There are some leaks I guess.

Please don't use those aquarium boost controller. No doubt it works but it looks cheap and horrible. Get a proper manual boost controller.

that one must be vacuum hose pulled off.. but carefull on the power steering issue.. make sure all fix by mechanic.. they have to give u trial period before properly hand over the car..
