Is this mean that this is a R32 GTR? I read thru the wikipedia but not very clear..

Well, technically chassis number wise it is not. But the car has been modified with GT-R body as well as the AWD ATTESA drivetrain and engine. So in a way, it would be the next best thing to a real R32 GT-R...
