Hi all, if you have some $$$ (say around 100k+) but just driving a family sedan now and want to get some toys to play with, just curious which of the below will u choose?

1) buy a supra / RX7 / EVO 5-6 or Impreza / GTR33 or whatever japanese "sports car" around that price range

2) buy some older sports car (FC, S13, evo3, etc) around 50-70k range and mod kao kao....

3) buy and old car and transplant some higher power turbocharged engine for drift or drag or track racing and keep another daily use car.....

What do u think?? Pls comment.....

2.......super old car...
3......super super old car....how fast your car...but still interior sure smelly...not nice to drive...

i know all are old car, thats y option 3 leave u with a choice of having a brand new daily driven car with the balance of the money you spend on the old old junk car....

if you mean you have that RM100k in cold hard cash than it wouldn't be much of a problem. It's how you want it.

But i'd go for option #2. Coz you'll still have the extra $$$ later to mod properly for the car to fly.

option 3 seems to good to be true.

i think i wud take the 2nd choice..but if i have 100k++, i'd buy a german car, ol bimmer or merc or maybe vw, and mod kaw kaw..

Number 1 choice would leave u with no extra money to maintain or mod liao furthermore all of them are old cars

Would go for option 2 (evo3)

If married... and drive sedan family car... and the brain still on racing... would go for option 3... 1 monster car at home and still have some money for the family...

If youngster... would go for option 1.... try to catch some chicks with it...

1st...ask urself wat kind of car u prefer....

i own an impreza....but stock suspension is suck so i changed to adjustable...but then fren n family complain..not comfort......so tis is the problem....

own a kenari too.....not bad...but too small....not so comfort if go hihgway...small car ma...

hv a evo 3 as well.....lot of magazines rekomen evo3 go to track rather than road....havent finis read yet....not bad le...quite good car..but owes ppl said y look like wira....

if u wanna mod it kawkaw...then beter get a cheaper car n mod it....more worthy ma....

if u juz wanna minor mod...can get a middle range car such as evo n impreza....not too mahal...not too cheap...

after consider which car to go..think bout the maintenance parts...but as far as i know..japan cars all r cheaper la to maintain compare to conti car...

i'll opt for a s13 or s14...
for a 100k cash, it cud do wonders to those cars...

but for ur question,
i think a supra wud b nice..
most supra owners will take care of their car really well...
u cant always c a f**k up supra on the road like those fd's..

I personally prefer option 1 BUT with all the $$ spent on buying the car, then nothing left for mods.... :(
