wat is tis cam pro engine in gen2?

wats the speaciality bout tis engine?
cam deegree changing?variable timing?

its just campro engine (short form for macam pro engine)...just macam pro only...not really a pro :)

Campro? heard from one of my friend who owns a gen2 saying that its like Mivec, but with alot of "Tau Kong Kam Liew" in other words a Mivec wannabe without alot of major components that makes a mivec a mivec.

initial plan was to design a vtec/mivec technology in CAMPRO but in the end "insufficient time" to develop. so end up with a normal 1.6 dohc engine. this is what i read.

btw, the back passager seat headroom is really low. can easily hit your head if goin thru bumpy road....

exactly. my height is 176cm, and I have to sit lower in order not to hit the roof. reminds me of sitting in an iswara aeroback.

i've ask one guy from proton, he told me that campro is cam profiling. something like regrinding the old cam to make the profile more performance like. :huh: its nothing like vtec that will on or off cam, it will 24-7 using the same cam. the guy said that the vtec technology will come in future proton cars, but i dunno if he lied to me. if he really lied to me, then i also lied to u all la! hahaha.... :lol: :lol: :lol:
