wan advice on KE70

hi to all seniorz, my fren really need help in modi his car..he hav the toyota corolla ke70..he really want to change the dashboard,so he ask wat other dashboard can fit into it? and what is the pcd and offset for the rim ? and where can find the standard spring for the car? and also...he wan to custom the front bumper? or anybody have other opinion on the front bumper...??

ae86 dashboard can fit in, if not other dashboard you need to trim it abit.
114.3pcd, offset not sure, depend on wheel width i guess.
standard spring go chop shop find hahahhaha
iswara bumper will fit, but it looks ugly. My mech once suggest use ae86 bumper, might look nice.

just a thought, but please dun double/tripple post the message, just use the edit button.

there is no need to change gearbox if you didn't change your engine.

most bumper will need to be modified (bumper or your car) to be fitted.

SEG is the corolla from the 90's, the ae10# and the ae11# (honestly i never know it myself lar.. but thats how ppl been saying about them)

charade bumper,cantik apa!!!,
charade bumper u can fit ngam2 i think,but ig use SE bumper need to potong/
trim coz a bit wide,

for the gearbox how ar?

current gearbox speed? 4 or 5 speed? if u want to change to stock gearbox, its hard to find these days.

want to made a custom bumper? i prefer to use stock bumper.. looks neat. hehehe. use ae86 laa.. it will be just nice. but don't even think about iswara bumpers. those will fit, but looks sooo ugly!! :confused_smile:

use 86 bumper sure nice, but then its the type of thing that got money also cannot buy one. maybe you can go fibre shop ask them custom make one.

starter go with the gearbox, i'm not really good in those, but if it has enough power to start your engine then i guess its okay XD the t50 starter i use now cost me rm150, pretty nice, damn easy to start.

aircond sure headache liau.. if you use back ori aircond and engine radiator, then sure run very hot, cuz they stack together and if you use your aircond on hot day, your engine will be very hot cuz the engine's radiator is feeding on the hot air produced by the aircond radiator.

here's what you should do, use 2 fan, like most car, cannot use back 1 fan like ori ke70. one at the back sucking air, and one in the front blowing air into the radiators.

do note that ke70 ori radiator is too small for 4age, you can use it normally, but if you wan race then its not enough cooling power already, sure overheat, then you get another problem, the one i'm facing now. when the engine get too hot, and your air intake is not cold air intake, you sure feel like car no power. my car now day and night got big big difference in power, just cuz daytime its so hot while at night its cold.
