so wat come to ur mind? which is the main cause u think? AMp no power but HU got power.....

your HU and your amp tap power from the battery, but using different cable, so...check the power cable, and all the fuses.

next, check the remote cable which connect from HU to amp, which turn the amp on.

nothing to do with with RCA or speaker cable since the amp didn't on

Hope for the best, cable lose, middle, fuse blow, the worst amp internal problem. You have to check all the wiring and fuse. The HU is normally follow the stock wiring. Where got such a good installer will install your HU with laying new cable from battery?

if theres a demand there will be a supply, just add cash....

kenny for starters just check the fuses, on the amp, or before the amp, or the one after the battery.

Hi

Check the remote wire from hu to amp, maybe loose.

Check cables make sure all is secure.

Check fuse, make sure non is blown. (power cable fuse at amp, distribution block fuse and amp fuse

Use a multi tester, voltmeter or light bulb to
- Check amp power cable, make sure got power.
- Check remote power cable (HU to amp) make sure got power.

high-end or midle i not sure o......mohawk n kicker stuff wit alpine HU....One amp,one pre-amp....12" woofer....etc...rest i duno wat...not familiar wit those...

fuse i wil check later....

Like that ar, hard to help you. But as per sifus said ealier check all the componenets first. The distribution block is just like a fuse holder, it is 1 input then 2 or 3 outputs, you can see it easily when you open your bonet.
