I want to get the tracking done on the car. Does anyone know the settings & is it the same as the Outlander?

Wheel alignment. We call it tracking in the UK.

Just got an alignment done. Lowering springs only. 235/45/18 tyres and rims. I was wearing front tyres ridiculously fast. Due to only stock toe adjustment thats all they could do. Im guessing those arrows are ment to be as close to the middle as possible.

My front absorbers is not done yet (rebuild). So I have not gone 'tracking' yet. Will do that next Saturday. Sorry for the wait...
