Hi everyone..

I received a letter from JPJ today, in the letter saying they gonna gantung my lesen for not more than 1 yr.. ask me to write surat rayuan to them..

i got 2 offend.. langgar lampu isyarat n masuk no entry..total minus 15 of MATA DEMERIT.. wat a f**cking joke for me.. anyone having the same letter as me?

i thought this is for P lesen only???im not P lesen from the beginning..
anyone here care to help on what to do? or anyone ada lubang to settle the shit?

yes

write surat rayuan dan penjelasan. in there, please state that you need clarification on the said summons. ask them to provide proof coz both offences are clearly taken via pic or peronda, without stopping u and saman, rite?

if so, you can win the case. yes can settle, go and make rayuan, maybe they discount a bit, then no need gantung lesen maa. ;) aight?

but.. if u do got stopped and summoned, then better pray that your rayuan is kukuh maa.

Y u drive so careless ?? sampai langgar traffic light ?!?!? :blink: [/b][/quote] the truth is on their hand..for the langgar lampu one.. i didnt langgar lar.. due to rush of time.. i dun want to wait for the traffic light.. so i turn to the left side before the traffic n make a u turn..then turn left n go straight.. the farker police block me n ask for duit kopi.. i said i didnt wrong.. so in angry mood..just ask him to issue me the saman.. the no entry like oso buta buta kena wai.. long time i didnt go back to ipoh ma.. i didnt notice that road oredi change to one way.. so buta buta masuk n kena lor.. sigh.. fark..the police is not the traffic police..oso ask for money..tu kau lan.. ask them to give me saman lor.. ada pencuri tak pergi tangkap.. hide at somewhere else n cari makan..

the kejara point system is not for P drivers only.. it's for everyone.. for competent drivers.. total points that can be deducted is 15... for P drivers... total point deductable is only 10... hope this clarifies the point system... :)

-pusing dengan tidak memberi isyarat lampu(one saman)
-and drive dangeroulsy(one saman)
-tow car
-simply park car

lets say i drive a company registered car...and the just snap photos when i overspeed...

they have no way of deducting my points as they dont know who drove the car right? Assuming there is no road-block, just pictures? :ph34r:

the Police or JPJ will send the summons to the owner of the vehicle, let say if company car then the company will bear the summons.

Mengemukakan jawapan/surat serta memastikan perkara berikut lengkap

Nama

Alamat Terkini

Tarikh Surat

Tandatangan

Mengemukakan salinan dokumen seperti berikut

Kad Pengenalan (depan dan belakang)

Lesen Memandu

Notis Tunjuk Sebab

Sekiranya kesalahan dilakukan oleh pemandu lain selain daripada pemilik kenderaan berdaftar,sila sertakan dokumen berikut :

Surat akuan bersumpah daripada pemandu yang melakukan kesalahan yang mendapat pengesahan dari Pejabat Pesuruhjaya Sumpah atau Mahkamah

Salinan Kad Pengenalan (depan dan belakang) pemandu yang membuat Surat Akuan Bersumpah

Salinan Lesen Memandu (depan dan belakang) pemandu yang membuat surat Akuan Bersumpah

Dokumen lain yang berkaitan.

KEPUTUSAN JAWAPAN NOTIS TUNJUK SEBAB DARIPADA KETUA PENGARAH



Jawapan/surat yang lengkap sahaja akan diproses oleh Urusetia Kejara.

Keputusan dari Ketua Pengarah Pengangkutan Jalan adalah seperti berikut :

Amaran

Pesalah dibenarkan memperbaharui lesen

memandu setelah mata demerit dilupuskan

Amaran dan pindah mata demerit

Pesalah dibenarkan memperbaharui lesen

meman setelah mata demerit dilupuskan.

Mata demerit akan dipindah kepada

pemandu yang melakukan kesalahan

berdasarkan Surat Akuan Bersumpah

Amaran dan pindah mata demerit

Pesalah diminta menghadiri Kursus

Peningkatan Etika Pemandu(PEP)

Pelupusan Mata Demerit dilakukan setelah

pesalah menghadiri kursus dengan lengkap

Rayuan ditolak
Rayuan tidak diterima dan pesalah KEJARA

hendaklah menyerahkan Lesen Memandu

Percubaan untuk dibatalkan dan CDL untuk

digantung berkuat kuasa pada tarikh

penyerahan lesen memandu



Sekiranya pesalah tidak berpuas hati dengan keputusan Ketua Pengarah Pengangkutan Jalan, surat rayuan boleh dikemukakan kepada Y.N Menteri Pengangkutan
