It's been down for a week now, then today checked the site again...got this message:

a lot of the BT sites are shutting down due to action from the movie industry... like how last time the music industry made Napster etc shut down

well.....BT is abit easier to target since there is a need for a server to publish the .torrent and do the tracking eventhough it doesn't hold the file itself.

best scenario - court ruling that its just a tracker and since its not hosting the file they cannot do anything.

worst scenario - court forces the trackers to divulge all its information, that means all the IP's can be tracked back to the users :blink: :ph34r:
