wats the HP gain for 1.3, 1.5 and 1.6 with bolt on SC kits?
 
guys,

the honda stable is still in planning stage with blue prints not firm just yet and it will be executed at a later stage after the proton models and as we are a small tuning outfit with limited resources and hand, we could only do few models at a time and right now, we are concentrating on the proton models as they consist a majority in our malaysian market...Afterwhich, other models will be in line...This other models in line will be much easier as the bench mark for supercharging has been set earlier by us (parts fabricated & fuel & ignition mapping) with the proton models and hopefully other models like the mivec, gen2, waja & v-tec could be of lesser hasssle.......Testing and tuning does take up loads of time... :D

For the hp gains on the wira 1.8 GTI was a healthy gain with 200nm of torque at 2800rpm with 50 hp additonal (162.3 on wheel hp) registered on dyno at then (DMT, Sunway)...As for the lower ranking wiras or satris, I hope to see a healthy gain around the same region, maybe slightly lesser due to older block and cam design but there will still be gains good enough as a daily driver with ample torque and hp at the right rpms' .

That, in my point of view is most important as most of us are not going to driving most of the time in the region of 6k beyond in rpms as a dailly ride. Once the car's is ready and the dyno figures gather with our approval in all aspects of testing, we will post the figures in the forum to inform you guys..

siemens equipt proton models, to know their fate at a slighty later stage but I do not forsee much problems with tuning and it will be tested once the mitsu proton models are out.... :D

Keep a look out and will keep you all updated with regards to siemens ecus cars.. :rolleyes:

The kit should be ready by march and that is when you guys will all get to see the additional hp and torque gains... :D Not hearsay but actual dyno graphs as prove .... :D

Once we are ready, the kit will show itself via pictures, and that is when you will see the engine bay and the kit + the pricing...Hang in there guys.. :D

carb equipt engines may have to wait a little longer, in fact we did initial test with the 1.3 carb engine and did get possitive results (not dyno results) but have to shelved the 1.3 project due to more popular demand for the 1.3 injection model...

Will keep you posted when and how this 1.3 carb perform and when it's ready... :D

few questions about supercharging sgti....

1) before instaling the SC do u check the engine condition of the car?

2) i drive a 2001 sgti with siemens ecu with open pod K&N and full HOTBITS exhaust system, can the SC be used on a siemen ECU cars?

3)what about gains at high end torque and top end speed gains?

You guys should move faster with regards to testing the supercharger on Siemens ECUed Protons. Most Protons on the road are run on Siemens nowadays. As the Siemens ECU 'reputedly' is not efficient in extracting maximum potential of the Mitsu engines (resulting in a loss of power), most Siemens ECUed Proton drivers will leap at the opportunity to raise the HP of their rides...

I'm really interested too...

do we need to use forged pistons and so and so to actually fixed on this supercharger...for 4G15? Start saving now hahahahhaha, my next project, and another thing is, will it affect the warranty of the car?
 
sounds very tempting. Any possibility on SC kit for hybrid Mivec? basically it's a GSR block with a Mivec head. I've thought of turbocharging but after reading few threads, most ppl say that tuning will be a major problem. so i decided to maintain what i have right now.

your SC kit + e-manage + Mivec controller could do the job perhaps?

you make your own mettalic sticker .... stick somewhere in engine bay... TSSC STAGE-1....

Turbo Sang Supercharger Kit stage 1 lol.... increase to stage 2??? change sticker also loll

The only perdana that can be supercharged is the perdana sei, 4 cylinder engine..the V6 nope due to the fact it lacks the space required for such an installation....
