Settings for adjustable cam pulley

Hi guys !! I bought a pair of adjustable cam pulleys/gears and i need to know the best settings for 4G93p. Anyone knows about it?

I think most tuners will advance a couple of degress on the intake and retard a couple of degress on the exhaust.

Add about 5hp. (read from magazine about dyno tuning adjs. cam pullyes)

cool.. do you know how much in advance should i set the intake and how much should i retard for the exhaust?

About 2~5 each (too much is not good and also dnagerous.)

I see.. do we have to test run the car everytime we adjust the setting so that we can find the best setting? <_<
