Anyone? Got complained or not? 17'' Sport rims can fit on SAVVY?

got i case, accident. gearbox pecah. i handled the case. olredi after one month, not only gearbox not in stock, but EON cudnt qoute how much is replacement gearbox.

one thing to remember...if the alternator itself is made in france (just like Tiara), what can u expect of parts availability and price? what about alternative parts?

i can say these are few reasons why the Tiara failed in the first place.

put 17" rim into savvy......i think u need to big sumo japanese guy to push ur car from behind.....

gosh, got a quotation from eon at last. the gearbox cost RM18,000++ to change including internals. reason becoz gears cannot be engaged.

imagine for a car that costs RM42K, gearbox alone is 18K. :D

wat to do...new car. by bank negara regulation any cars below 5 years old and involved in accident, insurance cant use subtitute parts for replacement. though, must use original parts.

just tested the savvy,damn fast for a 1.2L car man.totally stock can reach near 170kmh on the speedo.next week rhe owner is changing the rims.not comform the size yet

nevermind!i'm going to test drive the car lah....
last few day i saw this "bikin" savvy. very, very, very nice. complete with bodykit. this model is before R3 version. the R3 version will be launch by next year. it come wif tiptronic gear box. said the salesman lor.

proton bashing again? brand new car la dude. if the gearbox dies, its replaced under warranty.

and if your new car has an accident that you're claiming damages from insurance, the Repair shop can only replace with brand new original parts which is beneficial to you, the car owner.

Nowadays, can purchase extended warranty too. But the lack of stock is not a good sign ler. Public might write it off as another Tiara fiasco.

the Savvy is done in collaboration with Renault. The way I see it, it's a knockoff Clio.

So if it gets better engine and suspension option, it could actually be a lot more fun than the Myvi.

my fren kong his gearbox n replace it at RM 8k...this 1 RM 18k...mahai..
