RSI is right. being so far back you lose a lot of heat energy from the exhaust gas which is what turbochargers run on.
the result is lag and to counter this if they use a small turbocharger it becomes a restriction on your exhaust system. so all the power you gained from the turbo is in effect cancelled out.
ie having the turbo so far back like this makes small gains for bigger penalties than a larger turbo right off your manifold. whats the point?
further, all the air that the engine needs now have to be supplied by a highly restrictive and small compressor, so thats also a penalty especially before the turbo hits boost.
please save your money. always do the acid test, if it really is such a simple and effective mod, why haven't any of the car manufacturers done so?
