all removed from running car, selling cos upgrading to rb26

boost cannot go higher.
hi guys,

recently when i drive my car i dont feel the kick summore.turn out to be the boost only is at 0.7bar.with the setting it is usually at 0.9 to 1.0bar.

what should i check 1st or do 1st to overcome this...
