radio locked?

what happened when our car radio receiver and cd player got locked for security reason... been searching on the net we need a some sort of device to unlock it,.. the radio's blinking when it's on but I can't use it.

guess the only way is to send to the service center for that radio... good luck...

Blaupunkt sevilla rd104... so I need to send it to the nearest Blaupunkservice center then? Not sure why it's getting locked.. might be someone in my family had been playing with the buttins.
