just purchased a waja. is it possible for me to change the cd player and use back the steering volume control? some say can, some say cannot ...

Nope unless use an external volume controller made specially for waja steering. But it didn't control the volume control of the radio but provide another volume controller. Still cannot control the radio search button. Not worth it for me to have as most aftermarket cd player has it's own wireless remote.

new alpine head units have an optional adaptor to use steering wheel controls, unfortunately waja isnt in the list if compatible cars.
