Perdana V6 Weak Battery

i am having problems with my Perdana battery which goes weak or completely dead after around 4-5 days. is this normal? i just changed my battery less than a yr ago and topped up my battery water to optimum level.

could this be due to current leakage or improper grounding? any advise from gurus here?

im going to change to a new battery soon. any recommendation? budget is
~ RM100-150.

alternator spoiled already.... try asking mechanic to check the alternator.
