i'm currently running a p3-450mhz with 256mb ram...

all i know the graphic card is built-in n its shares 8mb.

but however, there is still remain 248mb for other usage.

but why...whenever i run Winamp....the machine will be damn SLOW...i mean SLOW!!!! if i run other programs....or even open a window...the song will just go pause..pause and pause

running on WinME...

how la...ppl..pls help.

Change your process priority to normal to use less CPU power.
Unless you're purely using winamp for DJing or something, ie. using more than one winamp at once to play more than one song stick to normal setting.

hehe...ask superman to use Xray vision to see inside is what CPU got intel inside or not :P

if use windows media player can?

Xamax, you're using which skin? the silver and blue colour that comes with version 5? is it version 5 pro? try use the normal skins...

better yet
buy a mp3 player
:P
seraph seems to have all the solutions ;)
hehe....low resource mp3 player program is the best.
coz basically you don't need the computer running extra coding for features like skins, visualization, etc. just a player to play music in the background while you work ;)

if it sucks too much just use yahoo messanger's LAUNCHcast radio B)

USS - hehe, we're all here to help each other mah

I used foobar2000... damn good mp3 player with minimal features. Fast too.
