hi, to all ice sifu here, newbie need help here. i am very confusing where i got to choose eclipse 6.5" component and helix 6.5" component... to all sifu, if both components are having a same price which one will sifus choose....pls comment thank you

For Helix component, there are new helix component which have new crossover & softdome tweeter...

depend on your own taste.......whic one has better sql?......your going to drive your car everyday.....so you will hear the thing everyday......so make a good choice....what head unit your using?

i'll go for Helix, as helix really produce more warm sound bro..not really sure about eclipse, but end of the day how warm is the sound it still depend on the amp u r using and the tuning bro...maybe u can share with us wat amp u r going to power up ur future component. so all the sifu can give some advice.

if u want warm then get the helix lah, eclipse quite sharp, actually for me helix also not warm enuff, hehe, but then u might have budget constraints. what are your other choices...??

there are two systems, which only the component speaker different only, zenn, you are saying that helix is not warm enuff, then it should be dynaaudio right? hehe.....on the other hand, pls comment whether does my whole system match? thanks to all sifus

Eclipse speaker sound a bit bright...

the eclipse player is a good player. no doubt about it. Used to have helix component, and i must say its sound is not that smooth and sharp compare to what im using now Directed. Price almost the same. Eclipse im not so sure, haven tried before. U have to sit inside the car and test the sound urself... after all, ur the one whois gonna listen to it most of the time... Remember 1 thing, getting eclipse speaker doesn't mean u must have eclipse amp to support only nice, other amp. brand might give u better quality.

At the end, it's still up to u to decide which is the best and never ever compete with other ppl car stereo. If not u will end up changing more and more thing and much more u spend..!!
