New Mini Cooper

Just read the Autocar magazine and it is reporting about this new Mini Cooper. Similar to the current one, but it's still new according to BMW. Having problems posting the photos from autocarmag.com, but here's the link:

Notable changes are the bigger front grille, front bumper and the rear lights. Interior is also different. Damn, I am excited by it. Autocar reports that this new model will be released in UK, in December. Not sure about Asia though.

The photos in Autocar mag look damn nice, unlike these on their website, don't know why they become so "kiamsiap". I think the headlights are different, this new ones are rounder, and the old ones are more oval-like. The new bumpers look much nicer.

this mini is seriously can be 'considered' new ga..

and it's got a new engine although same 1.6..
and the cooper s now uses a turbocharger instead of the 1st gen supercharger..
and the quality is better too.. or so i read..

Yea, Cooper S now has a turbocharger. Should be named Mini Cooper T right? That sounds much much cooler.

the S in cooper S actually denotes Sports..
john cooper didnt want to name it mini cooper sports..
he didnt think it was cool..hahaha.. so he named it S instead..
i read in an article about tat guy..

but i do agree Cooper T sounds much cooler..

the dials placement is so that...
1. you know exactly which dial to see to focus on the correct rev to change gear just like need for speed underground
2. when you bring your girlfriend and driving too fast,she will smack you on the head for driving 90mph on a 50 mph zone!!
