Need help .. What is EJ ?

Can someone plz educate me ? I dun quite get all the short term used for
Honda . What are the diffrent between EK and EJ ? Because i am looking for a
EK 4 door and i came across this EJ word . I just know there is EG and EK but
have no clue wat is an EJ . Can someone help and explain this ?

bro, EJ is local assemble Civic back in Malaysia. EK is JDM spec which is from Japan. EK/EJ is 6th gen Civic and EG is 5th gen.

when i say better i mean the assemble part which is the body . Wat would you prefer ? bcoz i am looking for a EK with B16A and i came across this EJ which look like the EK .

Btw is there anyone out there knows ppl who are selling their honda .

search for EK JDM with B16A. EJ is local assemble....we call it MDM, if EJ convert to EK we call it ADM (Asian Domestic Market) :)

but very hard to find . i been looking for a few weeks deee ...
only find EK B16A (A) or EJ with B16A (A) also manual one is rather hard to find .
price wise also th eJ is much cheaper than the EK . Actually wat is the diffrence in the sense of quality between an EK and EJ ?

engine = EJ with single cam Vtec or Non-Vtec, EK4 = B16A DOHC Vtec
interior = seat black with blue/red stripe or blue/ black stripe , black side step cover, seat belt cover, rear speaker board, rear eat foldable, grey interior cover, dashboard, meter, airbag all is different from local asemble....motorized side mirror, sunroof, rear wiper etc etc

aiyaaa to many thing is different...exterior and interior is different

another question is what do ppl mean when they say the car is "chop" and "moulted" back together ? is that the EK or EJ type ? bcoz those kind the price is very cheap .

chasis almost same. the different is exterior n interior

ek got extras like:-
1.electronic driver seat
2.b16a dohc vtec engine
3.black door molding
4.black interior
5.srs airbag
6.foldable side mirror
7.foldable rear seat
8.rear antiroll bar
9.meter cluster with orange color
10.ek4 spoiler(optional) if u found one with it pls let me know coz that spoiler really doesnt look nice. hehhehe
11.more but couldnt remember.

Get better loan rates if you buy EJ compared to EK, due to the EJ being a locally assembled car.

Got my 1997 ej7 couples week ago.. Damm syiok driving on it. Anyway, wanna ask brader here,.... how much is the cost if i wanna convert it to 99 spec version. Which part will b change? cos i m thought of buying new projector headlight on it sooner.

to convert it to 99 specs...the FRONT u need to change almost everythin like headlights, fenders, bumper , hood and also grille...
for the BACK u need to change trunk..the tail lamps ( bumper optional i think ) but if u change it also then look better..
if u wanna convert den pm SASUKE ...he got lubang for 99 spec conversion..good luck =)
