Need diff for ke70

hey anyone know where I can get Ke70 Diff, just need the diff,.. Ae86 whole diff is how much? any other diff I can use ? landcrusier perhaps ? don't want to fork out much for the diff since car is NA and not sporty ...

rear diff LSD is around RM800 to RM1k.

when u say lsd diff do you mean the whole assembly or just the differential inside of the casing ?

lancrusier diff too big and heavy..

NA and not sporty, you probably don't need an LSD diff, get one without, might be cheaper

It usually comes without disk brakes. Ure current axle is worn out?

yupp...the pumpkin inside is making all sort of noise ...so better change it now ...I've tried to add a diff additive but it's still whining..

gearbox also whine... not only the axle.. imo.. everytime change my gearbox only the sound get better for a few years later start to get noisy again... lousy K50 gearbox <_<

My stock gearbox oso sound bad...
But dun care much bout tat...
I just scare my car will tear apart when if drifting... :D

i bought an ae86 LSD for rm850,no audible whine at all,but there is when i throw away the back seat,but very little whine lar...didnt even notice (for those who have less sensitive ears) ,i think the long shaft sounds louder :D ,i use castrol lss90 axle oil ...rm13 per 1 liter,uses about 1.5 liter,should be ok...and less donuting :lol:

I get mine from FUJIYAMA,a chop shop in subang usj,behind SUMMIT,Rm 850 for the whole axle,disc brake,calipers...but without the hand brake cable and the anti roll bar ;)

the other day I was in this Toyota subang airport limo, the guy told me that he has a hilux diff , i think he use just the centre pumpin not the whole rear axle housing ...wonder where can I go to get my diff converted to hilux diff..

hilux diff really to heavy and overkill for any stock KE70 lar.. unless you are running turbo 4ag or something, or else you will probably loose power due to more power loss along the drive shaft and the big rear axle..

not the whole thing ....the driver said it was just the centre diff (thepumpkin) ...not the whole axle ...and I remember he kept saying "pickup semacam tinggi " dunno what he meant by that ....

you mean just the differential gear? hilux's diff if not mistaken is 2" bigger than our normal KE70 diff ler.. cannot fit ar.. dunno lar.. i'm not so good in this

pickup with be difference if the diff ratio is different
