yesterday i went there after work to discuss bout my car matter,
i gave him the list of the items on my car that need to change.....lower, middle, upper arm, drive shaft, tie rod end, dashboard, wheel bearing, absorbers & many more...

** my conversation with Din is in malay, therefore i will try to translate to english

me ; so how now? can u buy all the parts listed down?

me ; u STFU, i know how my plugs look like, it was not the 1 in my engine!!
so now how? we no need to talk so much la, we just settle in court.....

** he thought i was bluffing him, so he said ok lo....but actually during the tribunal, he begged me to settle out of the tribunal court cos no 1 to jaga his shop, if he goes out, the pakistani will be left alone.

me ; so u wont change my parts for me rite?

din : u trying to con me ah? good la for u....i buy all new parts for u, yr car will be like new la, actually your car was in bad condition when u send it in....

me; Oooo is it ah? because, i know my car was in good condition before this, after collecting my car, all sorts of sound appear.

my suggestion, just fire the pakistani, tell him go fly kite, close your bussiness & balik kampung. cos while u are here, i wont make your life easy.

thats y u guys....if any wshop or accessory shop try to kencing u....
just pay the amount stated....u say...'wah so cheap ah? charge more la...'
cos i know i will get double the amount back....sure they puzzled....'wat this guy saying ah...'
but make sure he dont do it la...cos its only a joke....

then u file a case to tribunal...u could do it online....if mahkamah abit leceh, u must go there take the form, go bck & type report & then return again to submit your case, but those wid laptop easier la...can type your report on the spot, but make sure to bring pen drive.

He most probably was doing 120 km/h instead of the 80 km/h he told you since he said "I have done 120km/h with other cars along that road, but nothing wrong also". Conclusion for him, SEE YOU IN COURT, AGAIN!

hey bro, i dont know u in real life and u dont know me. we're completely strangers.. but all i can say after reading from 1st page till here.. ure da man!! not many ppl have the balls like yours to do what u did. a big salute to u bro and job well done!

from now on i can see that he will keep asking u to settle outside and show his muka 10 sen.. but dont fall for it!! teach him a good lesson so others wont follow his footstep! geram la when u mention bout how he con a guy when changing engine oil.. saying not enough oil manatau he din pour finish and charge him another bottle

point by point, to ensure i wont miss out important ones, then will finish up with showing
the pictures & printed police report.

c how 1st k...cos i won the 1st case, i dont expect to win the 2nd case...

what i heard b4 this his workshop at perak...after perak puchong area..i know him whe he open at puchong, after a few incident..not only my car..he close down and open another place dunno where...but he always bring his Castrol singbord kekekeke....he always said he know everything and always make customers car as RnD items....kekekeke

i make him do bolt-on turbo to my car as he claim he know how...but lastly he burn my ECU, make my front wheel crossmember lari..coz langgar divider when testing car,..after a few days oil leaking, turbo leaking..n fuelpump hose pecah...huhuhu
