Mohawk Vs Lightning Audio

Hey all the sifuz of ice, wanna know which one is better ler. wanna do up my car wif some sound and would like your suggestions or tips bout it. So which one is better huh?

mohwak is cheaper...if u have low budget then its ok...

hehehe, wah, now alot of people trying to compare Mohawk with such good Brands...not in the same league leh. :unsure: :P

But Mohawk is more of Bang-4-Buck, performance is ok, it is made locally under Kicker supervision. :rolleyes:

Lightning Audio is branded, more expensive, personally havent heard one, but i reckon they should be better (from the price u pay!).

if its in malaysia, its definitely overpriced. if its in US. its rather cheap.

for those high end SPL, i'll vote for MTX, kicker, and Rockford anytime anywhere.

mohawk just entry level product lorr.... its quite good for beginner wif tight budget.

lighting audio, if buy in malaysia, i won't buy lar. too expensive. would rather get kicker instead.

You guys gotta give the newbies some slack la wei.. appleyard/energie/bert/etc, you guys too high level la wei.. I see your setup and just drool only la :D

In all honesty, LA and Mohawk anytime can beat cap brudder brands and they do produce some decent sounds, but like what the see-fu's have said you can do better with that kind of budget. If your budget allows it, go higher end! If not just stick to LA or Mohawk. They are your bang for buck products la. Just as long as you don't get the 1000watt brudder amp, it's fine.

So bottomline : ALL THINGS ARE GOOD.. just a matter of opinion and budget and choice... oh.. except brudder products.


One word of advice : if you DO end up getting mohawk/LA products, good on you bro. but don't ever attend ICE TTs cuz you're gonna slap yourself silly after listening to the ICE seefu's cars. :D
