Kancil Extractor mods

ello evryone um i jusr thought of changing my extractor for my kancil but i'm not sure which one that is for pickup....i just wondered whether a 3-1 will give me the desired effect can anyone guide me through? hope to hear from u guys soon really need ur help^^

i thought kancil stock manifold is already 3-1?

kancil extractor only available in 3-1 only. its just more mm bigger than original manifold. its for more air can come out to exhaust. and the fuel consumption will a bit more than usual. many ways to upgrade the pickup such as change standard air filter to direct flow air filter and piping exhaust and muffler and its totally reccomended. dun really use more fuel consumption. peace brado!

i did saw a shop selling a whole piping from extractor till muffler;quoted around RN200 only.quality is local but performance wise i dun know.

that kind of piping i think not a stainless steel type. bkos so cheap one. cpt karat punya. usually stainless steel pipe from extractor to muffler around 400+. hotbit extractor i think its good. but extractor only la.

I have bought a zenden extractor from kent, to fit my 660, it is 3-1 extractor. About the performance, low rpm torque is totally gone, but the strange thing is, the car is go more faster.
I test it with my friend, first my friend say that he can't feel any pick up from my engine, but look at the speedo meter, the speed is increasing more faster then before.
About zenden extractor, I can say that quality is poor, the extractor gasket can't fit perfectly, then I send it to my friend workshop to do minor modify. Ofcourse the zenden extractor look nice... if you think you really want to buy a performance extractor for your kancil, try my friend one, good finishing and more light weight.
By the way, my exhaust pipe is stock, only the extractor is zenden.

what do u min go faster? the pickup better o the top speed increase?

Top speed increase ^_^, but when the car is stop and move again, feel diffilcult. The way to my work place is up hill road, before change the extractor, I must use 1 ~ 3 gear to clim, after change the extractor, the feel of pick up is gone, but the speed is faster then before during climing, event in very slow speed, I use 2 gear to run, the engine not shaking any more, all I can say is more smooth ^_^

For normal high way drive is 105km/h. B'cause after this line, the car will shake like carzy -_-.

Let say from 80km/h to 120km/h. Before changing the extractor, I need around 45-sec to rich it with air-cond compressor on.
After changing the extractor, I need around 25-sec to rich it with air-cond compressor on. 660 mah ^_^

B'cause my low rpm torque is gone, so I ask my friend help me to tune the A/F ratio to rich abit. 2-hour ago, I test my car, the feel of pick up is back, but not much as stock, haven't test the top speed yet ^_^ Fuel Consumption? Don't know yet ^_^

ok la. just try feel the extractor. i also put in a list to change extractor. i want to change hotbit but quite expensive.

The Zenden extractor that kent sell to me is RM170, but require around half meter of pipe to fix it up... may be it left the space to fit the bullet? I think ^_^.

My friend extractor is RM180, more light weight, good finishing job, no need to modify, plug and play, ofcourse use normal steel only...^_^!

what brand ur friend extractor? extractor for kancil i think below 2hundred only. for stainless steel also. standard price la eh? kancil not expensive one cost 2 mod.

For Zenden extractor, you can try to call kent, he is ZTH member too, tel:012-2023765. The zenden extractor look great!!! but need half meter of pipe to fit it on, please note it down ^_^

He sell me RM180, for others I don't know lah, b'cause I'm his friend. I didn't take it b'cause I already got zenden ^_^, but I have carefully compare it with the zenden one, my friend one is better ^_^

OK, after some tuning that I mention before, today I take my mom and dad for a ride, first my dad told me he feel my car more light... then in around 40' degree up hill road, my father ask me did I change the engine?
Later I ask my mum, she say my car is runing smonther then before. So this is the result so far, Oh by the way, fuel consumtion is better "a bit" ^_^

ya lor extractor will make ur exhaust flow more smooth bkos a bit bigger than standard. top speed will increase a bit la eh.
