i from penang island .
where can get loan 4.5 interest ?

public bank = i ask already cant coz the car year max 14 years cant loan
ambank = no rx7 loan list -.-"
(this i ask at relau there ...)

got any idea ? help me pls penang ppl xD

car year 92-97
