I am planning to install a boost controller with some other stuff like engine mahangement, blow off valve and wastegate.

The question is what are your recommendation?
Boost Controller - Apex'i AVC-R compare with GReddy E-01?
BOV - Apex'i Twin Chamber compared with HKS SSQVII?
Wastegate - Don't know yet.
EMS - Microtech LT8 compared with GReddy E-Manage?

What I planed is to install Apex'i AVC-R, Microtech LT8 and Apex'i Twin Chamber or Racing BOV. Also the GReddy E-01 boost controller can be connected to the piggy-back GReddy E-Manage .... so how? Which would be a better option to make the B8 a faaaaaaaaast car?

BTW, I'm using a Ford TX3 B8 210bhp engine stock only with Apex'i SAFC. Mind to share your settings on the SAFC?

avcr is confirmed a good boost controller...
i think u can set at different rpm different level of boosting.
good buy if can get a nice + good price of avcr

210 is already fast oh!

HKS evc, Blitz DSBC, all also good wat.
any good condition boost controller should be good.

wat is ur car's setup? modification?

with boost controller u gonna boost higher...
and i think u need a good + healthy fuel pump to supply fuel...then fuel regulator then injectors and for now i think SAFC should be good enough...

but of cos a EMS can squeeze more juice out of ur engine+turbine in a safe manner...
i dont think E MANAGE can be plug in b8 engine...

if i say anything not right.. plz do tell me cos i am still in a learning process...
 
Well, now my current setup is very much standard which is only Apex'i SAFC with K&N Air Filter (Cone Type) and Apex'i N1 Muffler (3 inch inlet, 4 and a half inch outlet) with 2.5 inch piping. No boost controller, BOV and external wastegate.

I am planning to boost problably around 1.2bar, is it possible for stock internals? Fuel pump, regulator and injectors not yet come across, which would be a good recommendation for thos items?
 
Hi there, new in the block , would like to know that is it possible to add in apexi RSM meter to my Ford TX3 turbo and cut off the speed limit in the original computer box, if yes can that be done by any machenics or accessories shop ?
 
You only need to add the Apex'i RSM if you are using the speedometer from the halfcut that you bought. Otherwise, if you are using your original speedometer from your car, there's no need to add the RSM as your original meter also got no cut off.

for the moment u need to upgrade your fuel pump install fuel regulator and boost controller.. since u have SAFC make use of it...
u donot need wastegate at this moment.. if proper tune with 1.2 bar u should able to get 270hp...anything call me i explain to you..

Anyway, any suggestions on what fuel pump and regulator to install? I will most problably install a Apex'i AVC-R soon.
Can the current injectors support 1.2bar of boost and also the internals???
 
AVCR is a good choice..fuel pump get the 220lph...skyline or got budget get walbro, sard or any aftermarket fuel pump..regulator probably FSE..your injector still good enuf at ur current setup...1.2 bars still sufficient...
internals is good enuf to stand 350hp with proper tune..

How much would a aftermarket fuel pump cost compared to 222lph Skyline?

By the way, everyone, I just installed my boost meter with the help of laserman. So, the thing is ... I'm getting a 1.1kg/cm2 @ 7000rpm, is this normal as I didn't changed anything except for a VR4 RS Intercooler and SAFC. When idling I'm getting 400 to 500 mmHg, is this ok? As I know the standard B8 210 suppose to be 0.6kg/cm2, how come I'm getting 1.1kg/cm2? When the boost indicator starts to light up, the reading would be 0.5 to 0.6kg/cm2 @ 3500 to 4000 rpm and will gradually increase to 1.1kg/cm2 @ 7000rpm when i slowly floor the accelerator. Is this normal?

Where to get FSE? is FSE a brand name?

Wahhhh muzb8 ... why you want to sell off your BOV??? Not good is it??? By the way, expensive la you sell. If nego also how low you willing to let it go?

If I not mistaken or have look at the wrong price ..... Eunos is selling for RM430.00 only ... promotion price ... which states APEX'i BOV .. I dunno which BOV they are referring to la ... but that was the price stated there.

FSE is a brand..u can buy at N1, KSP and other aftermarket shop..

creeping to 1.1 bar iz kinda normal once uve got a vr4 i/c no problem
good boost for daily driving.... one time someone kena 2 bar b4....

B8 210 standard boost pun sudah 0.9bar...
if fuel system supply not enough,better keep ur boost at 1.0bar only... i tried to up the boost to 1.5bar with enough fuel still the piston gone first! 210 already the most powerful 1.8cc in it class la but engine manja like evo3 like that... if got $$$ better go for fully forge pistons n good conrods...
