the wasgegate installer drilled a hole inside the manifold so that all the exhaust gas will vent out to the wastegate outlet when hit peak boost.but actually it was not needed to drill that way.it cause the exhaust gas not divided properly,only one side of the separated twin scroll turbine was blow by the exhaust gas.

Sounds like he tapped the primary runners.

I would strongly suggest you seek out another installer/tuner. Don't let your car be someone else's guinea pig. Count yourself lucky that this time, the fault was that you couldn't build boost.

Imagine if he had routed the piping wrongly and that you could not bleed excess boost....
 
normality:im not sure why he do that way..haha maybe he tot the exhaust gas meant to be vented out thru wasgate will be more even if vent out from all cvylinder:X-:
