I think the correct answer would be.. we spend too much on gf.. LOL
They have their way with subtle yet direct 'if you don't then you die hints'. .. When you go broke.. 'I didn't force you to buy for me?' hahaha

but its a learning experience.. those studying n bumming or not making enough , don't spend too much. You must also think of her future and your future and not currently. Talk to them.. tell them you're planning a better future etc.... or do what I did..

say can't take her out expensive places all the time cause saving to bring her overseas for a holiday... or marriage or buying house or whatever you both plan for..

Talkabout spending on ex-gf I am an totally soh-h**, because of her i bought a superbike ZZR 500cc for weekend jalan jalan, bought hi end hifi system for her, necklace n ring , birthday presents, and those stupid marine fish tank complete with the bilological cleansing system, paid for her study in college, paid for overseas holidays, spent for her whole family in those Tai thong restaraunt and all those minor little things like pocket money, i sound more like sugar daddy then boy friend or should i say stupid big waterfish...niw bo lui liawlo, i was with her for about 7 years, so u can gather berapa i have spent on herla, strangela the one that I marry is not her.

Moral of the story don't waste time on someone that just wanna enjoy your good time and kick you off when you are down n penniless.

I work kau kau gila, otherwise how to survive, that time about i think 22 or 23 years young green head kid-ma, stupid n don't understand about relationship just go for look-la.
That time I do a bit of trading in us commodities and local market, make some buck-ma, working day and night trading for whole 5 days every week, just lucky to make big buck that time at the same time do some admin work for my boss so he don't mind i jump into his business to do trading also. That never think about other thing beside work dam gila just to provide stuff for her. Ya, right I also want my GF to pamper me like that but gilameh that one will be call "tou hai fan" already-ma. No pride for man oh!!!! This make me the Champion of All S*Ha* right?

me is also a victim of spending too much of ex-gf...how much? i also cant count..but i think its enough to buy a fully converted B18c honda civic EK......or a fiat coupe... :(

heh i only pay RM50 for my ex-gf's cloth hahaha.That's it. Sometimes pay for the food/drinks. Sometimes only hahaha. When we break up, her birthday is 3 months away, so got to save my money hehehe.

Btw she gave me a pair of nike shoes that costs RM600 for my bday haha
