For general use would be just insert the bulbs into any spot which has a place. For example the spot lights, then you switch it on and watch it blink. There will be 3 buttons to control the way it blinks.

Maybe you want to put it at your third brake light and then it will blink while you press the brake to stop.

It can be for any applications. It is universal. You can put in headlamp, foglamp, spot lights or any other place that you can think of. Just up to your imagination and creativity to put in those places.
