Joining Fee is rm99, one-time only non-refundable.
then you pay for the current month + 1, which is basically your 1 month deposit. monthly is rm175 for the Passport edition (can utilise any FF branches) which i chose.
the non-Passport is rm149 a month if i'm not mistaken.
i suppose if you're discipline and make it a point to go thrice a week, you do get your money's worth. esp due to the nature of fitness/workouts, it's always more fun to go with buddies. then can keep the others motivated and not "drop-out" lor.
erm, i usually go alternate days. first stretch/warm-up, run 1.5km on the treadmill, do weight routines, stretch/warm-down and then go home. usually about 60 to 90 minutes?
also you have group workouts you can take, er classes. you have stuff like BodyPump, Yoga, Pilates and even Line-Dancing, hahaha!
don't worry if you think you'll be lost and don't know what routine is best for you. the personal trainers there are the friendliest people you'll ever meet... and that's coming from me, someone who is extremely critical of others! ;)

differ : i went to the gym in 1 Utama today ..they gve me a tour . Basicly everything is fine but the fees ... rm299 for joining ,rm99 for processing fees(all this 1 times) and rm188 each month
total i nid to pay is rm299 + rm 99 + 2 month fees .. walaoyeh..ahahah :rolleyes:
but after some chattinz wit the ppl there..they willin to offer me rm99 for joining(1 times) and rm149 per month as their last time promotion .
so total i nid to pay is rm99+2 month fees
the best part is....they onli accept credit cards....
no credit cards..... hahahaha :lol:

Fitness First is chain of gyms, such as Damansara Uptown, The Curve, JohnHancock, Menara Maxis, Wisma Tractors Subang, The Summit and banyak lagi.
not to be mean but i did go to CelebFitness and i found it to be a real rip-off. a few close friends joined there instead of FF and within 1 week, regret. heard that they promised new weight machines but never delivered. also, parking in 1Utama is blardy hard!
that student rate crap, is a big LIE la... don't believe, you get a friend to go and enquire and they'll pull the exact same crap.
Fitness First has no student rates, it's the same for everyone.
Passport edition worth it lor, cos i just keep a bag of gym attire in the car. sometimes after visiting client in KL, traffic is just too jammed to go home. i just drive to the nearest branch and go workout until the roads clear. if you feel tired, you can also just sit there, read newspapers and drink free-flow 100Plus (or Coke, Sprite or Ice Lemon Tea) :lol:

i don't think got student rate la... i join after promotion, where they didn charge the watever RM500 bucks fees... then i call la.... they said: the promotion is over unfortunately, but u come la, we can work something out for u...
went there, they give me this rate... RM 321, membership fee(or admin i duno), then 1 month deposit, and 2 weeks free... with those gay coupon which i won't use la... anyway mine is in Menara Axis....
