Wat ecu to get for b16a stock mod? like exhaust...intake...clutch....which is best? ek9 or mugen or spoon? also how much and anyone selling? i know ek9 sumwan is selling put mugen or spoon plug and play?

probably the only thing u wanna do on a super-basic mod on an ECU is just to remove the speed cut and rev cut.

since u didnt mention what sort of engine or ecu harness ure using, i assume its an EG. then the EK9 is out of the question since its an OBD-II.

maybe a spoon variant chip should do well. mugen, feels and other common ones are just too overfueled for your basic setup.

u can always re-chip/remap ur ecu to ur liking if u r using OBD1...there's tuners out there can do it....even the 'malaysia boleh' way...ha..ha.,ha...

I can say nothing is the best. The best ECU is the ECU that suit ur car engine modification and driver's need.

The best mod to any ECU is by way of remapping. Data taken from your air fuel ratio at all gear stages. During remapping you can also specify what RPM cut, speed cut..VTEC engagement point etc etc...some good tuners may also include a "launch control" which is optional...
