its 5 millions poundla, the 5 billion pound is the R&D cost for the Veyron.

btw 5 millions pound is nothing to most of the tycoon in Dubai,most of them have a garage fill with at least 5 to 10 exotic sport car and full-time paid engineer to help the owner takecare of the cars.
