diesel engine unable to start

pls some one who very specialist on engine diesel verified the problem is:

I have ford transit that problem starting when I left about 8+ hrs unstart activity that mean left overnight. if I start at next morning sure it does not to lite up. if i done by spraying petrol to the airintake it will start up. then for the day the engine will easy to start for that period day. when the engine left till tomorro morning it not lite up again. why.......

pls advie me.

Ya bro, check your glow plug. heating is not enough.

Yup, the heating coils and diesel pump. Last time my father's ford also like that. Changed the diesel pump and problem solved.
