For the last coupld of weeks, there has been rumours and news about Govertment going to gazette new law which is to make Passenger Vehicles to go for Puspakom insepction at least once an year compulsory (or else cannot renew road tax)

THen this morning while having breakfast, TV3 talk show interviewed some fella from Puspakom who also said this new law will be very likely come true and will start very soon....

but i heard my cousin said in singapore oni cars wif very bad condition need to be scrapped. Let's say ur old car stil very well maintained n stil safe to be used they'll alllow u to use.

but our puspakom ppl here is c mood 1 la....they modd good ur car can continue use....mood no good car muz scrap...

What I hate about Puspakom??

It's your fault that they can't clearly see the engine number. I told them, "I didn't design this engine tho", then they gave me a funny look.

I have to say that I support this idea.
Definitely a good way to ensure that only safe cars are allowed on the road (if done correctly)

How often do we see kancils with slick tyres?
Or driven a friends car that has shitty brakes?

But once a year seems too often, maybe 2 or 3 years??

I'm not even going to bother about going for inspection. My car is total stock. As if we've got so much time to go and wait like hell for inspection. I hope this is just bullshit.
Else, they should just ban the sales of any form of sports cars in Malaysia, including Ferarri, Porsche, BMW, Merc, etc etc etc.

Are those Puspacock ppl able to handle the amount of cars coming for inspection or not? like now those lorry need to Q long long to get the inspection done..if every car need to inspect once a year....are they able to do the job without causing much trouble first?Wait here and there also ask copi duit again...meanless...

By the way, Puspacock is not own by G rite? duno this is which datok's idea on how to screw one more drop of juice from the already dry out car owners....

Might as well make the law that people without G authorisation must only buy malaysian cars...purchase of imported vehicle will be sentenced to dead.

Seems like every new policy is only benefit those big balls enterprise...being a normal citizen without connection to the big balls is guilty here???

whoa.. sure bor? then puspakom is going to be one fucking bz place 24-7... they'll have to work 24hrs to inspect all cars as we all know that KL alone has thousands of cars, rolling out everyday....
